Presales Engineer Job Description
Responsibilities:-

Work closely with the sales team, and provide technical
consultancy to clients, focusing on network security, data center
infrastructure and IT solution.
·
Responsible for understudy customer requirements, environment,
and challenges and able to propose/provide system integrated design and
implementation solutions to clients.
·
Work with Account Manager to propose solutions with align with
account strategy.
·
Able to carry out functions in solution offering (term of
requirements, proposal, demo, presentation, etc.).
·
Preparing Proof of Concept equipment to clients.
·
Develop strong relationships with counterpart sales team, solution
provider & partners.
Contact Center
·
Work closely with Project Manager and vendors, and provide
implementation to clients, focusing on Genesys Cloud, Contact Center, LINE OA,
CHATBOT etc.
·
Responsible for understudy customer requirements, environment, and
challenges and able to configure system integrated design and implementation
solutions after sale.
·
Ensure the implementation of solutions meet the requirements
·
Collaborate with customer/vendor and business lines to deliver
projects under timeline
·
Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot proposed system
·
Evaluate solution and make recommendation to resolve project
issues
·
Provide technical support and report analysis to customer
·
Assists coordinating and consolidation of technical and process
documentation
·
Able to create system diagram, architecture of system design and
work instruction with estimate impacts.
Requirements:-
·
Thai nationality
·
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication
Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related fields
·
3+ years’ experience in IT Solution design and planning
(pre-sales)
·
3+ years’ experience in Contact Center, CHATBOT,LINE OA will be
advantages.
·
Have knowledge in cybersecurity and network
·
Have Knowledge in products such as Dell, Dell EMC, VMware,
and cybersecurity products is an advantage
·
Familiar with government environment is an advantage
·
Good personality with excellent presentation, communication,
negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
·
Able to work under pressure
·
Able to work in team or individual
·
Able to work in flexible time
·
Self-motivation and wiling to learn new technologies
·
Good command in written and spoken English
·
Have own car with license
Responsibilities
•
Present, promote and sell products/services for IT Solutions (Servers,
Storages, Network etc.)
•
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet
their needs
• Make
accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
•
Establish, develop, and maintain business and customer relationships
•
Corporate with government customers TOR and manage e-bidding
•
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize
satisfaction
•
Coordinate sales effort with team members, PM, and other departments
• Control
and report Budget, Actual and analyze situations.
• Set
and monitor sales targets as well as support team’s target
•
Identify potential new customers and set approach strategies
Qualification
• At
least 3 years experiences in Account Manager (Sales) for IT Solutions business.
• Able
to lead Sales team members under same group accounts.
• Understand
process and associated documentation for government’s bidding will be
advantages.
